1.1 Requesting a refund is very simple at Course Assist. Simply write to our customer support within the 14 days of product delivery.
1.2 The client must mention the details for dissatisfaction and problems with the delivered work. Failing to provide logical reasoning within the 14 days period will result in cancellation of refund request with no more possibility for refund.
1.3 You can request a different writer to revise your work properly if you believe the work is not up to standard. If you are not fully disappointed, you can ask for free revision. Otherwise, you can request for partial refund to our customer support.
